Zambry Insulted Mandela & Gandhi

Yes, he is black like them and probably darker than Gandhi but he is no way near their clean heart. Dato’ Seri Zambry Abdul Kadir whom liken himself to Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi in his blog is really insulting the two great leaders. The two heroes fought for freedom and democracy for their people. Dato’s Seri Zambry is fighting for power and control for UMNO and himself.

If he is truly a leader that fights for the people and democracy, why is he not going for a snap election? Isn’t election – returning the power to the people to decide, is the basic principle of democracy? Or Dato’ Seri Zambry has his own definition of democracy? He could have learned a new definition of democracy when he did his PhD studies specialising in contemporary politics. Maybe he found that in contemporary politics, be as long as UMNO is in power, it is democratic. If other party is in power, then it is not democratic. 

Probably he knows UMNO and BN will not win the snap election. And because of his and UMNO’s power-craziness, he is holding tight on to his “Menteri Besar” post.
