BN = No Law, is probably the best line to describe what happened in Malaysia especially what had happened in Ipoh, Perak today. What was described as coup d’etat by UMNO over the Perak government in February 2009 has yet to reach the climax. Today, the actions by UMNO representing BN showed that the legislative institution of Perak is just another name for them to play with in order to be in power. They are proven to be power-crazy and have no respect for the institution at all. The house Speaker which was termed as the fairest people by BN all the while when they are in power was “removed” by asking outsiders to drag him out of the assembly and held by the police for about an hour. Is there any valid reason for them to treat a legislative Speaker that way? With BN around you don’t need a reason. Whatever UMNO says is the law of the moment. And yes, they can appoint a puppet Speaker, Datuk R. Ganesan, who is not even an Assemblyman. And why did BN appoint an Indian as their Speaker? Because they want to keep their partner’s mouth, President of Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC), Datuk Seri S. Samy Velu shut because Pakatan Rakyat’s government has proven to the people that they can have Indian as a Speaker, something that BN never did in the last 50 years (since independence) and UMNO in particularly would not do, if Pakatan Rakyat did not win the election and appoint an Indian Speaker.

By the way, if you dream of driving a Mercedes Benz, join BN and if you are qualified, UMNO is even better. Our dear Assemblyman from Behrang, Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi, who was a Postman before, can afford to drive one now. While most Postmen can hardly make ends meet and people who worked hard all their life don’t even have a chance to sit in a Mercedes Benz, Jamaluddin Mohd Radzihas proven that by being “BN-friendly”, you can drive one. And if don’t fancy cars, you can learn from Deputy Speaker Hee Yit Foong who fancy having bodyguards with her. If she can’t afford even one last time, now by being “BN-friendly”, she can have bodyguards. However, people in Pulau Pangkor where the Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir is their Assemblyman are still left behind in terms of development.

This is probably the best time to make a resolution to ensure that Barisan Nasional is totally wipe-out in the next General Election. Make sure all candidates from Barisan Nasional lost their deposit.
