Chinese to Decide on Kuala Terengganu Seat

The Kuala Terengganu by-election is drawing closer. Many have said that the decision on who will win the seat lies on the Chinese voters which made up 11% of the total voters. This is because it is said that 40% of the Malay electorates in Kuala Terengganu are members of UMNO and let us not forget that PAS once rule the state from 1999 to 2004. New Straits Times reported that a poll by the Merdeka Centre for Opinion Research revealed that the Malay vote is evenly split with 8% undecided.
